A leading global management consulting firm is hiring for the role of Associate. The position involves collaborating with senior consultants and client leadership to address complex business challenges, develop growth strategies, and drive business transformation. Compensation
₹48 LPA Fixed + 20–40% Performance Bonus.
Total CTC: ₹57.6–67.2 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
Work on strategic consulting engagements across industries and business functions.
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial analysis.
Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex client problems.
Prepare presentations and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
Support execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Must Have
Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate transformation, or related functions.
MBA from a leading business school preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
Good to Have
Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments.
