Compliance Head
Overview
A corporate-backed media and entertainment company is hiring a Compliance Head to lead compliance for its digital content business. The company operates a broadcast radio network, digital podcasting, and a content studio, with potential news channels. This role focuses on intellectual property, content regulation, data privacy, payments, and app store policies.
The position is based in Aerocity, Delhi, and offers a compensation range of ₹45–50 LPA.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee intellectual property and copyright compliance.
Ensure adherence to content regulations, including IT Rules 2021 and self-regulatory frameworks.
Implement data privacy compliance under DPDP and GDPR.
Manage payments-related compliance.
Ensure compliance with app store policies for digital platforms.
Must Have
Experience handling compliance for a content or digital media app.
Experience handling compliance across international markets (US, SEA or multi-market).
Experience managing intellectual property and copyright matters for content.
Experience implementing content regulation compliance under IT Rules 2021 or self-regulatory frameworks.
Experience implementing data privacy compliance under DPDP or GDPR.
Good to Have
Experience managing app store policy compliance (Apple App Store / Google Play).
Experience handling payments-related compliance.
