Key Responsibilities
Run end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding for the digital entertainment business, including tech roles.
Lead compensation benchmarking and design compensation structures.
Own the performance management process.
Drive culture building and employee engagement initiatives.
Must Have
Experience handling end-to-end talent acquisition, including hiring for tech roles.
Experience with compensation benchmarking and designing compensation structures.
Experience running performance management processes.
Experience driving culture building and employee engagement initiatives.
Good to Have
Experience in a digital entertainment, media, or content business.
Experience handling HR for a digital or tech-led business unit.
