Member of Technical Staff | Remote role for a D2C Health & Wellness Startup
Overview
A Series B D2C health and wellness startup with ~$77M raised and projected revenue of ₹700–750 Cr (FY25) is hiring a Member of Technical Staff. The role involves building AI-driven agents to automate workflows in areas like Supply Chain, New Product Development, Finance, or Category, in partnership with a PM and functional teams. This is an opportunity to work on 0-to-1 projects in a fast-growing, multi-brand D2C business.

Remote role.
Compensation
80L to 1 Cr.
Key Responsibilities
Understand workflows with the PM and current team members.
Build agents and integrate them with data, tools, and business systems.
Test real scenarios, fix failures, and ensure human oversight when needed.
Launch agents, maintain reliability, and improve their performance.
Must Have
5–8 years in B2B SaaS engineering OR 3–5 years in AI/ML engineering.
Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
Strong experience with Python or TypeScript, APIs, databases, and backend integrations.
Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production applications.
Experience integrating LLMs with external tools, business systems, or APIs to automate workflows.
Good to Have
Experience building AI or SaaS products from scratch in startups.
Experience automating Supply Chain, NPD, Finance, Category, or enterprise operations.
