Must Have
Someone who has worked as a full-stack engineer, building both frontend and backend systems.
Someone who has built or shipped AI features, models or products hands-on.
Someone who has 10+ years of engineering experience.
Someone who has a degree from a top-tier institution.
Good to Have
Someone who has owned the technical direction or architecture of a product or platform.
