The role is Social Media and Content Manager, responsible for owning the brand's organic social presence and reporting to the founders and marketing team. This is a creative opportunity to shape the brand's cultural identity and online presence.

Key Responsibilities
Own social media and organic content strategy end-to-end.
Develop, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.
Build and manage a consistent content calendar with a high posting cadence.
Create original concepts to drive discovery, engagement, and shopping behavior.
Translate designer launches, products, events, and trends into compelling social content.
Develop recurring content franchises and recognizable formats.
Identify trends early and capitalize on relevant cultural moments.
Capture in-store content including customers, styling, designers, and events.
Collaborate with creators and influencers to generate organic and UGC content.
Manage community engagement and build a real community around the brand.
Must Have
Experience growing social accounts for fashion, beauty, consumer, media, or culturally relevant brands.
Ability to shoot and edit content independently.
Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms.
The perfect candidate for this role built a social media following for a brand focused on fashion content from 0 to 100k+ across IG and TikTok.
Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera when needed.

Experience with community engagement and building online communities.

Fluency in Spanish language
