The role reports directly to the Founder & CEO and involves driving strategic initiatives, product development, and AI integration. The company has raised $25M, achieved 100% YoY growth, and operates globally with 500+ enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead 0-1 initiatives and strategic projects for the Founder, including new programs and pilots.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and execute priorities for tech platforms.
Ensure product development aligns with customer needs, business goals, and scalability.
Use customer insights and data to refine product experiences.
Identify and implement AI use cases across workflows and product experiences.
Drive AI-led innovation and automation opportunities.
Support investor relations and corporate development initiatives.
Define and track key business and product KPIs, building visibility through dashboards and reviews.
Improve team effectiveness and execution discipline through structured mechanisms.
Must Have
Experience in management consulting at MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or (Kearney, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, EY-Parthenon, Accenture Strategy, Deloitte Monitor)
Held a Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy/BizOps or Growth role at a VC-backed startup, or a Founder/Co-founder title.
Someone who has held a product role (such as Product Manager, Product Strategy or Product Ops), or has owned launches, features or roadmaps on a tech platform.
Someone who has worked at Urban Company, Snabbit, Yes Madam, or another platform that delivers human services such as home services, beauty or cleaning through a tech product.
Tier-1 B-school MBA. IIM A/B/C/L/K/I, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or a global top-20 school such as HBS, Stanford, Wharton, INSEAD or LBS.
Good to Have
5–8 years of total work experience
Someone who has worked at a US-headquartered company, held a US-based role, or worked directly with US clients or markets.
