Compensation

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate new mining opportunities across gold, lithium, and other strategic minerals.
Build partnerships with mining companies, governments, and international players.
Develop sourcing and procurement strategies for mining equipment and infrastructure.
Lead large-scale mining and mineral development projects from planning to execution.
Evaluate and implement advanced technologies for exploration, extraction, and processing.
Build organizational structures and talent strategies for a growing mining business.
Support investment evaluations, acquisitions, and business expansion.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and regulatory milestones.
Drive execution of greenfield and brownfield projects.
Develop hiring pipelines and workforce planning for technical and operational roles.
Must Have
Experience in mining, metals, natural resources, energy, infrastructure, or consulting industries.
Background in corporate strategy, business development, project management, or engineering in capital-intensive sectors.
Familiarity with mining regulations, investment frameworks, or industry operations.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects or lead technical operations.
Exposure to international partnerships, procurement, or organizational growth.
Good to Have
Experience in mining engineering, metallurgy, or mineral processing.
Background in industrial automation, AI/ML, or digital systems for mining.
Expertise in ESG, sustainability, or quality management in industrial sectors.
Experience in HR leadership or talent acquisition for large industrial businesses.
Knowledge of global supply chain management or strategic sourcing.
