One of India's Large Conglomerates is expanding its infrastructure and EPC capabilities. The company is hiring experienced professionals across sales, supply chain, project management, technology, HR, and other functions to lead large-scale civil infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, tunnelling, and bridges. This is an opportunity to contribute to complex, high-impact projects in a growing business.
Location & Work Mode
Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Compensation
₹50 LPA–₹2 Cr+.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue EPC opportunities, manage tenders, and drive business growth in infrastructure segments.
Lead sourcing, procurement, vendor development, and supply chain management for large infrastructure projects.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and quality.
Drive engineering, design, and technical execution for roads, highways, tunnels, and bridges.
Build workforce plans, lead talent acquisition, and manage performance for project and corporate teams.
Contribute to finance, legal, quality, safety, planning, strategy, and operations functions as needed.
Must Have
Experience in EPC, infrastructure, civil engineering, or large-scale construction.
Proven track record in roads, highways, tunnelling, bridges, or major infrastructure projects.
Background in leading organisations such as L&T, Tata Projects, HCC, or similar EPC firms.
Demonstrated ownership of complex projects, teams, budgets, or business outcomes.
Strong commercial, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
Good to Have
Experience in tunnelling, road building, or highways.
Leadership roles in business development, procurement, or project management.
Exposure to geotechnical engineering, structural design, or construction technology.
HR leadership experience in large EPC or infrastructure organisations.
Background in finance, legal, quality, or strategy functions within EPC or infrastructure.
