Overview
An Edtech startup specializing in premium entrepreneurship and startup leadership programs is hiring for a Special Projects role in the Founder’s Office. This position involves working directly with the Founder on critical, long-term challenges, driving strategy, and executing projects from 0 to 1.
Location & Work Mode
Bangalore-based role.
In-person work mode.
Compensation
₹30L - ₹40L fixed CTC.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Founder on critical, long-term problems.
Develop strategies for ambiguous challenges and drive execution from 0 to 1.
Lead pilots and initiatives, including hands-on execution as needed.
Deliver meaningful outcomes and build impactful projects.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in startup roles across strategy, growth, business development, operations, or Founder’s Office.
Demonstrated experience building/launched a product, function, business, market, or initiative from scratch. (0→1 ownership).
Must have graduated from one of these institutions.: IIT Bombay / IIT Delhi / IIT Kanpur / IIT Madras / BITS Pilani
Experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Growth, BD, Operations, or similar high-ownership roles.
Good to Have
Demonstrated experience building/launched a product, function, business, market, or initiative from scratch.
