A consumer-focused company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive its web and app products for user acquisition and retention. Compensation
55-60 L fixed CTC.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute retention and acquisition strategies for the mobile app using data-driven insights.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to enhance user experience and engagement.
Lead ideation, planning, and execution of new app features to improve user retention.
Utilize analytics tools and customer feedback to monitor user behavior and propose solutions.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize user retention metrics.
Communicate product initiatives and updates to cross-functional teams.
Conduct competitor analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to user retention and analyze their success.
Must Have
Should be based out in Mumbai
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a consumer company focused on user retention.
Experience with mobile app development and understanding of user experience principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Education from tier 1 institute
Good to Have
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
