Program Head
Overview
A higher education company specializing in experiential learning and global programs is hiring a Program Head based in Gurugram. The role involves building and scaling programs end-to-end, including curriculum design, program development, and business ownership. This is a high-ownership opportunity to shape programs, drive growth, and eventually manage their P&L as a Category Manager.
The company operates in the education sector and treats each program as a standalone business, offering a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Location: Gurugram.
Compensation
CTC Range: 40L - 60L (fixed).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own curriculum and courses in a core subject area.
Build new programs from 0→1 based on market needs and strategic priorities.
Design academic architecture, learning outcomes, and course experiences.
Manage global immersions, industry visits, and experiential learning components.
Oversee programs from ideation to execution, evaluation, and scaling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive applications and cohort growth.
Take ownership of program revenue, costs, margins, and P&L.
Transition into a Category Manager role as programs scale.
Work with academics, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders.
Continuously optimize programs using feedback and business metrics.
Must Have
Experience in consulting, startups, education, or program/product management.
Subject matter expertise in Finance, AI, or Liberal Arts (Economics or Psychology).
Ability to translate expertise into curriculum and practical applications.
Strong business and analytical skills, including P&L understanding.
Program or product development and project management experience.
Good to Have
Experience in 0→1 or early-stage environments.
Exposure to international markets, global education, or consumer businesses.
