About the Role
Role Overview
A leading global B2B technology company is hiring a Marketing Head to lead brand, PR, corporate communications, and marketing strategy as the business scales globally.
Must Have
Strong experience across brand marketing, PR, and corporate communications.
Experience in IT services (Wirpo, Infosys, etc), B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Proven experience building and scaling a B2B brand.
Strong experience in media relations, thought leadership, and corporate storytelling.
Proven experience leading marketing for a B2B SaaS company through a significant growth phase, ideally scaling from ~$10M to $100M+ in revenue.
Strong ability to work with CXOs and senior leadership on brand and communications.
Good to Have
Strong relationships with business, technology, and financial media.
Experience in executive positioning and analyst relations.
Experience managing PR, creative, and branding agencies.
Exposure to AI, Data, Analytics, SaaS, or Digital Transformation.
Exposure to North America and Europe geography
Location
The role is open PAN India, with preferred locations being Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Noida, and Hyderabad, where Straive has offices. The expectation is to work from the office once a week at the respective location. Hyderabad is their main office.
