About the Role
Overview - A leading global business school is hiring B2B Partnership Managers to own student recruitment for their assigned region
end to end. You will build company's agent network in your market from scratch, drive a consistent
pipeline of student leads and enrollments through partners, and represent company on the ground at
fairs, events, and university engagements. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role for someone
who knows their regional agent ecosystem deeply and enjoys being in the market rather than behind
a desk. CTC will be around 40L - 60L + 20% Variable
Must Have
5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Partnerships within international education and student recruitment.
Experience recruiting students for postgraduate or Master's programmes.
Existing professional network and market expertise in MENA, LATAM, or China.
Hands-on experience building and managing education agent networks.
Proven track record of driving student enrollments/revenue through partner channels.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for agent meetings, education fairs, university visits, and student events.
Good to Have
Experience representing institutions at education fairs, seminars, and student events.
Proficiency in regional/local language(s).
Strong understanding of CRM, pipeline management, and partner performance tracking.
Experience working in a high-growth, 0→1 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Network Development
Map the agent ecosystem in your region and build a prioritised partner pipeline
Identify, pitch, and onboard leading education agencies, consultants, and counsellors
Negotiate agent agreements and commercial terms in line with the central playbook
Train and enable partners on Tetr's master's programmes, admissions process, and value proposition
Pipeline & Enrollment Delivery
Drive a strong, consistent flow of qualifi ed student leads and applications through your partner network
Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth handoffs and high lead-to-enrollment conversion
Manage partner performance through regular reviews, and grow share of business with top-performing agents
Maintain accurate records of partners, pipeline, and activity in the CRM
On-Ground Market Presence
Travel extensively within your market for agent meetings, education fairs, student events, and school and university visits
Engage prospective students and parents directly at fairs, seminars, information sessions, and campus engagements
Represent Tetr at agent conferences, counsellor events, and industry engagements in your region
Plan and execute regional events and activations in collaboration with the marketing team
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activity, agent sentiment, and student demand trends in your region
Share structured market feedback with the Head of B2B Partnerships to shape strategy, pricing, and positioning
The scope of this role will evolve with the market, and responsibilities may extend to new channels and initiatives as the region grows.
