Strong hands on engineer themselves despite having a large team
Top 0.1% engineering heads with either a strong AI/ML background of building and training LLMs or a GREAT engineer who has built a lot of tools.
Past work experience of leading large engineering teams (20+ engineers) in tech 1st companies
8+ years of work experience minimum
Location - Bangalore (Travel to Bay Area on need to basis)
Working hours - US + India time
