Candidates with a proven track record of leading large-scale performance marketing budgets, managing high marketing spends, and driving customer acquisition and growth for high-volume consumer internet businesses. Upwards of 20Cr annual performance marketing budgets spend management. Strategic leader who can help grow the categories.
Good to have
Proven experience leading marketing for a high-growth B2C consumer internet or digital-first business.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
Experience managing large marketing budgets and optimizing ROI across channels.
Ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams while driving brand and growth initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, and analytics.
